The 2009 Sig Ep Red Door Open golf outing is right around the corner. This year’s event will be held at Klein Creek Golf Club in Winfield, IL. The details are below:
Golf Outing Details
§ Date & Time: Saturday, July 11th, 12:00 pm sign-in and lunch, 12:30 pm start
§ Location: Klein Creek Golf Club, 1N333 Pleasant Hill Road, Winfield, IL 60190, (630) 690-0101, http://www.kleincreek.com
§ Dinner Banquet: Awards, raffle and silent auction immediately following golf (approx. 6:30pm). Wear your vintage Sig Ep gear to dinner for a chance at Sig Ep Relic of the Year!
§ Cost: If postmarked or paid online by June 14, 2009 - $120/person (includes lunch, golf, dinner banquet, raffle ticket), $55/person for dinner banquet only; After June 14, 2009 - $135/person for golf package and $65/ person for dinner banquet only.

Be an Outing Sponsor!! – We Need Your Help!
Help us raise money for the chapter…
§ Sponsor a hole - Have your company or your pledge class sponsor a hole ($150/hole - includes Logo sign tee box marker, program listing, business card distribution at sign-in and a listing in the event email distributions for early sponsors - please provide business cards & information/artwork for sign by June 28, 2009).
§ Donate prizes for the raffle - We welcome any and all prize sponsorships! (Corporate t-shirts, golf balls, clubs, electronics, gift certificates, event tickets, etc....) --- Please let us know if you will be donating a prize and please bring prizes with you on day of event or make arrangements with us prior to then.
§ Donate prizes for the Silent Auction – We will be holding a silent auction for high value prizes. Auction item ideas include sporting event tickets, airline miles for award travel, timeshare vacations, round of golf at your club, etc.
§ Sponsor an Undergrad Golfer – Sponsor an undergrad ($120) or Foursome ($480) to attend the outing.
§ Make a cash donation – to support the event and raise funds for the house.

· Take Rt. 64 - 5 miles to Gary Ave.
· Turn left (south) on Gary to first light which is St. Charles Rd., turn right (west)
